ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Hotel Pulitzer S.r.l. considers accessibility to be a fundamental value and is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law no. 4 dated 9ᵗʰ January 2004, to guarantee all users access to the content and digital services offered, without discrimination.
This Accessibility Statement applies to the website: www.hotelpulitzer.it

COMPLIANCE STATUS
Partially compliant.
The website is partially compliant with the requirements of Appendix A of Standard EN 301549, due to the cases of non-compliance and exemptions for disproportionate burden listed below.

NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The content listed below is not accessible due to the reasons outlined herein, indicated pursuant to the Accessibility Statement template adopted by the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID):
b) Disproportionate burden
Certain content and functionalities of the website do not fully comply with the accessibility requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 - Level AA, in particular with regard to the following aspects:
•    - Minimum contrast ratio between text and background (Criterion 1.4.3 WCAG 2.1);
•    - Structure and organisation of the graphics template and HTML markup, including the semantic hierarchy of certain content elements.
Such critical issues can be traced back to closely-related original design choices:
•    - Visual identity and branding, defined through a specific colour palette and graphics solutions consistent with the brand positioning, corporate image and institutional communication adopted on all official, digital and non-digital channels;
•    - The template structure and application architecture of the site, based on a proprietary Content Management System (CMS), custom-developed and not comparable to standard market platforms.
Full compliance with the accessibility requirements would require a substantial overhaul of the template and the proprietary CMS, with extensive interventions on the system architecture, application components and content management flows, entailing a disproportionate organisational and economic burden, pursuant to Article 3-ter of Law no. 4 dated 9ᵗʰ January 2004.
In order to mitigate the effects of the aforementioned criticalities, the website is equipped with an accessibility widget provided by UserWay, which allows users to customise the browsing experience (such as with adjusting contrast, font size and other supporting features), as a compensatory measure aimed at improving the usability of the content.
Where technically possible, the provider remains committed to evaluating progressive improvements, compatible with the visual identity of the brand and the existing architecture, aimed at increasing the overall level of accessibility of the website.

The Statement was drafted on 23.02.2026
